Q: How to control the products quality?
A: Under ISO9001 quality management system controlling, Material: incoming/before melton, we analyze it with our Spark spectrum, the record for 3 years at least Casting: we make the castings per customers orders. Before mass production, we will test the whole casting process, after qualifying the parts sizes and process, we can start mass production. Machined sizes: we use TaiWan-made CNC lathes and CNC vertical machining centers, also Japan-made MARZAK horizontal machining center for machining, the tolerance can be +/-0.015mm(0.0006'').
